You don’t need personal cleaners, expensive cleaning products and most of all, you will not need paid guides and books because following these FREE tips and tricks is enough to rejuvenate the beauty of your tiles.

1.   Clean your tiles by dry mopping the floor – always remember that tons of prevention is better than pounds of cure. Clean your tiles using a cotton-based mop and it will easily lift all those abrasive dirt present on the tile surface area. This will also prevent dust accumulation that can dull your tiles in an instant.

2.   Spills on the grout should be cleaned right away – grout is a very porous and absorbent material, they can easily absorb all types of liquid regardless of its form and class. A catsup stain on your white grout can look very nasty and even if you remove the catsup, a red stain will be visible forever. Use mild commercial cleaners to scrub off hardened grout stains but remember not to scrub too hard as you will only damage the area.

3.   Vinegars can whiten yellowish-stained ceramic tiles – if you have a yellowish-stained ceramic tile or any other ceramic tiles that looks too dull and fading, applying some vinegar can help bring back its natural shine and beauty. To do this, directly apply the vinegar on the affected area and use a soft sponge to scrub the area. If you will clean the whole floor, use equal parts of water and vinegar. Also, let the solution sit in for about 5-10 minutes but don’t let them dry up as they can leave a sour smell afterwards.

4.   Clean your grout using baking powder – if your grout looks flimsy due to mold and mildew build up, try applying some baking powder solution to the area and let the magic of baking powder work in an instant. Mix one tablespoon of baking powder to one part of water then directly apply the created paste to the affected area. Use soft cloth to scrub the grout afterwards but do not use abrasive sponges as baking powder is already highly abrasive.

5.   Hydrogen peroxide can brighten the surface of old tiles – if you have old tiles that needs a quick instant fix, apply 20% hydrogen peroxide on the area and clean it with soap and water afterwards, you will be surprised that the old film on its surface is now gone!

Now that you know how to reborn the dying beauty of your tiles, keep them clean and well maintained all the time to preserve its natural beauty and shine. Follow these tips and tricks presented by http://ifloorcompany.com/faq.html and clean your tiles like a PRO.
