Dean Sutton, J.D., graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Cum Laude, and Santa Clara University School of Law. Dean is licensed to practice law in all state courts in every county in California and Colorado, and also in U.S. federal courts in the Northern District and Eastern District of California, the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Sutton has also taught courses in the SCU Institute for Paralegal Education, Cal State Hayward, and West Valley Community College. He has taught contract law; real property law; real property finance, mortgage, and foreclosure law; constitutional law; and purchasing law under Article 2 of the UCC. He teaches continuing education seminars approved by the California State Bar for lawyers and by the California Department of Real Estate for real estate brokers.
