Online, our friendly graphical user interface is common with all our range of machines, even old generations. Offline, different tools allow fast introduction of new products, fast changeovers and more. The tools can be adapted to customer’s requirements.

Graphical User Interface RC:

The machine software called RC which is an Intuitive Operator Interface to machine. Information is displayed pictorially giving faster access without confusion.

Offline RC:

An offline programming station can be set-up based on a standard PC hosting the Europlacer machine software. It uses the same graphical interface as machines. It allows complete off line program creation and verification, then optimizes for standalone machines or multi machine lines. Propose loading plans and estimate the production times.

CircuitCAM Express expedites and enhances a great number of tasks that a manufacturing or process engineer in electronics assembly performs each day. CircuitCAM Express becomes the engineer’s ultimate process tool. The results of implementing this software are improved productivity, reduced lead times, increased product quality, and ultimately increased profitability.

Offline Vision Bench:

The Europlacer Offline Vision Bench allows easy creation of new package vision files without stopping the production line. Vision bench speeds up new product introductions considerably, it is associated with our powerful component outline generation software.

Multi Job Optimizer

Multi-job optimizer option creates common loading plans for groups of jobs; it minimizes the feeder changes, reduces changeovers significantly and improves the throughput of the line.

Set-up Help:

Set-up help facilitates the new product introduction from a programming station; preparing the machine loading for the next job without interrupting the production. After selecting the next job ‘B’, the required items are searched for on the machine and on the external storage zones connected. Feeders that are connected either on the machines or on the storage racks and trolleys can be highlighted. Components not loaded are listed so feeders can be prepared whilst job ‘A’ is still running.

Stock Management:

The option Stock or Inventory management gives the possibility to trace all parts used on the pick and place machines on the shop floor. It gives the possibility to locate easily all components and know their remaining quantity in near real time. The system uses its own database which can import or export data from the customer ERP.

NPI:

A new wizard has been embedded in the production menu. It is used to validate a new production before placing any component. After loading the new pcb in the machine, the operator just has to follow the different steps helping him to check and validate all parameters involved in the new product. When an error is detected, the software allows the operator to perform corrections and test without exiting the Production menu.

Production Management Promon:

Production and machine performance feedback is essential in today’s manufacturing environments. Production quantity data is necessary for management and reporting purposes, whilst performance data is crucial to allow analysis of system efficiency levels if optimum process quality and productivity are to be achieved.
Traceability:

When you need to be able to record the source of all components in a pcb assembly, Europlacer have developed the Total Traceability system. This records all the data automatically and not just component batch numbers. Total Traceability allows users to introduce full traceability into their production system as an integrated solution.
