June 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Naples, on Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast, is a quiet town... except when it comes to using $250 million in public funds to attract a biotech lab to town.

The sparks are flying as the positive and the negative aspects of using public funds to attract a biotech lab is the right way to go. The Jackson Laboratory has proposed expanding to Collier if they receive $250 million to build their new lab. Some are for it, some against. The Lab has even become and issue in local commission campaigns.
