Nashville Christian Concerts and Events Lineup: June 22nd through June 30th, 2010

Alright, this week around Nashville, here’s what’s happening:
On Tuesday, June 22nd, starting at 9am, Belmont Church is hosting the Southeast Regional Gathering for “Conversations with Fathers of the Faith – Wisdom for Difficult Times”.
On Thursday, June 24th, at 6:30pm, Christian Writers Night Nashville in conjunction with Christian Women of Entertainment are hosting a songwriters event at Christ Church.
On Friday, June 25th, starting at 6:45am, there is a CEO Fellowship Breakfast, organized by the Tennessee Christian Chamber of Commerce, held at Brentwood Baptist Church. At the same time, Christ @ Work Business Leaders Group will be meeting at 301 South Perimeter Drive, in South Nashville. At 6:30pm, Christian Writers Night will be held at Covenant Baptist Church in Nashville. At 7pm, the Ray of Hope Community Church will host “The Friends of Ray Concert”. The theme of the concert is “I am what God says I am”. Also at 7pm, the United States Association of Gospel Entertainers and Musicians will present the “God & Country Jubilee” at the Texas Troubadour Theatre. At 7:30pm, “Friday Night Fire” will be held at the Foundry, a time of extravagant worship and intercession.
On Saturday, June 26th, at 6:30pm, the 129th Army Band will perform a FREE concert on the lawn of Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood. The church will provide free homemade ice cream and finish the event with a professional fireworks display.
On Sunday, June 27th, at 6:30pm, the Stained Glass Bluegrass Concert is being hosted at St. Paul Community Church Amphitheater, in Nashville. This FREE concert features “The Farewell Drifters”, and will be a fun family evening of food (straight from the grill), music, and fellowship.
On Wednesday, June 30th, at 6pm, Acafest (an international acappella singing festival) begins at Lipscomb University and lasts through Friday. Tickets are available through iTickets.com.
