Sale of meat processing equipment sees true euro vision

June 22, 2010 - PRLog -- The sale is to take place following the decision by one of Poland’s largest food manufacturers, Servo, to close two of its plants.

One of the country’s fastest growing industries, meat processing has continued to thrive, even during the worldwide recession and throughout the last ten years, Polish consumption  of red meat, poultry and fish has increased significantly.  It is for this reason that Pro Auction expects to see a great deal of demand for many of the 200+ lots featured.

Of particular interest so far has been the Laska & Seydlemann bowl cutting  range of equipment, which includes a 200 litre, 300 and 500 litre cutters

In addition, as anticipated, there have been many enquiries about the Stork range of products for sale, which include a steam autoclave 600 litre capacity removable basket, Titan meat ball former, Poultry Systems VOC-twin, MVT90 poultry water spin chiller and D series picker type broiler defeathering system.
