The Pavillion Function Centre Open Day - this Sunday!

June 22, 2010 - PRLog -- The  Pavillion Function Centre  is throwing open its doors and inviting the people of the North West to see the beautiful gardens and reception room at a free Open Day on Sunday 27 June 2010.

Between 11am and 6pm visitors can view the North West’s’ premier venue in a mock-wedding setting, complete with jazz band, hire cars and wedding cake. After dusk, the reception room and gardens will  light up to reveal the locations’ full romantic effect,

“We often hear that people have only ever visited The Pavillion if they have been invited to a function or wedding,” The Pavillion’s Events Manager Amy Walker said. “The Open Day gives people an oppurtunity to visit the venue on their own terms and explore our beautiful and unique garden setting at their own pace”.

Ms Walker says that as well as weddings, the Open Day is the perfect oppurtunity to to view the conference centre for group functions or corporate events.

“We have been re-designing and creating function packages to appeal to both corporate and social groups, and our catering team has created some great new menu selections to appeal to all levels of event requirements”.

There will free signature champagne cocktails, event coordinators and suppliers to talk to, and plenty of opportunities to soak up Tamworth’s’ best kept secret.
