First, Address Query Function allows the faculty to query the address where students rent by entering student’s details, such as the name and class. Also, the location of the student’s address will appear on the map so that the faculty can clearly understand the spatial distribution of student accommodation. It can also assist the faculty in promptly ensuring the safety of the students when an emergency occurs.

Secondly, the system also provides Delivering Emergency Warning Message Function. This function combines Short Message System with the database recording students’ accommodation renting information. When the faculty wants to announce some messages to the students, the messages can be sent to students’ mobile phones immediately. This can save a lot of money and time compared to calling every student and notifying them of the announcement. Students can also know important information conveniently to prevent potential risks.
