-- The several year long contract between producer JAK3 and rap artist LoonaSik has been terminated as a result of disagreement between contracts, music rights, and promotion. The two artists had previously agreed to guarantee JAK3 the exclusive rights to produce LoonaSik's music and manage the rapper's online presence, while allowing LoonaSik to use other production means to record one-off singles, contribute to mix tapes, and guest on other artist's records. The contract was breached when LoonaSik signed with smalltime indie label, Ice Age Music Group, based in Louisville, Kentucky. This breach in contract reverted the rights to all of JAK3's original beats and music back to the producer, while LoonaSik's lyrics returned to the rapper's ownership. Many of the pair's completed works can be heard on various websites, including JAK3music.com, but due to the breach in contract, no song recorded using a combination of JAK3's music backing and LoonaSik's lyrics or vocals may be released for profit by either party. The album "LSK" , which was slated for a 2010 release date, has been cancelled as a result of this termination of partnership, but may still be released by Ice Age Music Group, excluding the handful of finished songs that had been produced by JAK3.
