PAGasDirectory.com and Logue Industries, co-sponsors of this inaugural event, are pleased with the support they have received.  The number of vendors in the event has risen to eighteen and more expected to participate.  Sponsorships for the golfing event are being quickly snapped up as the deadline approaches.  
The Williamsport County Club will be the venue for the event which will be held on June 28, 2010 from noon to 7:00PM.  The Shop and Swing event provides both golfing and shopping enthusiasts with a winning combination – a golf tournament running concurrently with a retail reception.
In addition to promising a fun-filled day for participants, the “Shop and Swing” tournament will help raise funds to support the James V. Brown Library, local Boy Scout and Girl Scout councils, and the Cascade Church picnic.  The event will also establish the Marcellus Shale Scholarship at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, a scholarship supporting students pursuing careers in the natural gas industry.
