motion.

The TRX allowsyour body to train using your own body weight while your body moves through natural patterns of motion, all the while strengthening your muscles and bones. The TRX offers the ideal combo of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and over all stability. The focus is on body weight-based training and the human body as an integrated system, rather than a mix of individual parts as seen in individual isolated training philosophies.
