Unique Venues Names Tony Mcguirt Director Of Retention & Member Performance

Chuck Salem, President of Unique Venues, announced the appointment of Tony McGuirt as Director of Retention and Member Performance for the member-based organization recognized for marketing non-traditional meeting and event venues.

June 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Last month, Unique Venues reported a record-breaking member renewal season with a 73% increase in new customers and a dramatic 196% increase in qualified leads for Unique Venues members.  Salem notes that the organization wants to be sure to “help members realize their return on investment with Unique Venues” and by naming McGuirt to this new position, it is clear that we are making every effort to “continue to provide the services they expect.”

McGuirt says his primary goal will be to monitor and analyze exposure, leads, traffic and web trends to enhance the organization’s sales effort aimed at attracting and maintaining new members and meeting planners.  Unique Venues is on a “strong growth path” says McGuirt.  He feels this momentum stems from the effective relaunch of the brand identity, along with a new website, and SEO management company that has dramatically improved sales leads and traffic to the site.  “Everything has gelled” says McGuirt.  “Plans have come together and had a great impact on our recent and projected success.”


McGuirt will also “develop appropriate action plans that will serve to increase ROI, and develop a regular Membership Satisfaction Survey to gauge and monitor what customers expect and need, and how we can continuously serve their needs and expectations.”   He plans on developing a measurement tool that will evaluate customer satisfaction as well as return on investment. “We understand the need to prove return on investment’ says McGuirt “and we are dedicated to providing that – and more”. In order to do this, McGuirt says he will have to stay “nimble, flexible, and proactive.”
