Hailsham Town Council Publishes Annual Accounts Online

Cllr Bryan Burchmore, Deputy Town Mayor and Chairman of the town council’s Finance, Policy & Resources Committee commented, “Summarising some of the Council’s key activities during the past financial year, our Annual Accounts document has been presented in an easy-to-understand, user-friendly format, and, like all our financial statements, has been verified by independent auditors to ensure that it presents fairly the financial position of the Council to council tax payers.

He added, “We hope that members of the public will take the opportunity to download the document or inspect it at the Town Council Offices.”

The Town Council’s latest quarterly Nett Expenditure and Fund Summaries, which reports all financial transactions throughout the past year in more detail, are also available to download on their website.
