June 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Owings Mills, MD- June 16, 2010- Madison Capital, a vehicle and equipment leasing company announced today a new streamlined financial product offering to the commercial/retail real estate industry for holiday décor packages, play areas, vehicles, and security systems . As part of the program, Madison is offering master leases and electronic signature processing to expedite the financing process. In addition, Madison Capital will waive the documentation fee for all transactions initiated by August 31, 2010. “This program is in response to input and feedback received from attendees of the recent ICSC/RECon annual convention in Las Vegas regarding the types of financing program initiatives our clients are most interested in”, commented Nancy Pistorio, Executive Vice President, Madison Capital. “We have streamlined the credit approval process for new applications and, for holiday décor, we have a program offering a minimum monthly payment of $100 through December 2010 with deferred full leasing payments beginning in January 2011.
