June 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Honolulu, Hawaii -  The GRAPAS Conference will be an important component of GRAPAS 2011, part of Victam 2011. Millers and grain processors from across Europe and beyond will come together to learn about the latest developments in flour milling, grain processing, grain and finished product storage and handling solutions. Papers are now invited from qualified presenters in the following subject areas, as they relate to the oilseed, grain and milling industries:

▪ processing efficiency,
▪ handling and storage advances,
▪ raw materials,
▪ grain and product treatments,
▪ regulation, consumer attitudes, market trends,
▪ adding value

As in all sectors of the food chain, safety and hygiene are paramount. Presentations that address these issues are strongly encouraged.

Priority will be given to talks that provide a practical take-home message that delegates can apply to enhance their business efficiency, competitiveness and profitability,  and those that present new information.
