Complete Hydraulic Helps Build Man Cave for Jimmie Johnson

June 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Franklin, IN (June 9, 2010) Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc., a hydraulic service center and equipment distributor in Franklin, Indiana, was recently chosen by Man Caves, a reality show on DIY Network to help build a man cave for Gary Johnson the father of four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion, Jimmie Johnson.

The one hour special episode, which airs on this Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20 at 9 p.m. ET on DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Network, was filmed over the course of a week at Gary’s weekend retreat home in Charlotte, NC. Jimmie wanted to surprise his father with a place where his dad could sit back, relax and watch his son race on TV.

Tony “The Goose” Siragusa, former defensive tackle with the Indianapolis Colts (1990-1996) and radio host on WIBC, co-hosts the show along with Jason Cameron, a licensed contractor. In each episode of the series, Jason and The Goose create a man cave solely for one lucky guy. In addition the show offers ideas and expert do-it-yourself instruction to help homeowners everywhere build their own personal hangouts.

For the upcoming show, not only did they transform an average garage into an upscale NASCAR themed manly domain any guy would be envious of, they surprised Jimmie’s dad with a Victory motorcycle. The highlight of the man cave was a custom built recessed lift designed & installed by Complete Hydraulic which lowered into the ground. When lowered, the lift and motorcycle are hidden under the seamless floor covering, and a vehicle can be driven over it.

Complete Hydraulic’s president & C.E.O. Randy Brown explained, “The producers & designers from the Man Caves show had a specific vision of what they wanted. They mentioned that in the six seasons the show has aired, our lift was one of the most unique features they have included in any project. We’re just thrilled we got to be part of it.”

Earlier this year, Complete Hydraulic was also chosen by ABC’s reality show Extreme Makeover Home Edition to supply & install a 4 Post lift & other garage equipment products for a new home built for the Cowen family from Bunker Hill, Indiana.
