June 14, 2010 - PRLog -- New York, NY (Tuesday, June 11, 2010) - Certified Sports Nutritionist and ISSA Trainer, Janessa Mondestin, has worked rigorously to build a solid name for herself in the fitness industry.  With recognition for her participation in the National Physique Committee (NPC) bikini competition and a feature in the June 9th “Bikini Body Diet Tips” for Madame Noire, Mondestin is well on her way to becoming a fitness guru.

Mondestin began her professional career in Corporate America, however as the recession hit, she found herself unemployed like thousands of other employees.  Forced to reconstruct her life, Mondestin began working on her personal fitness and health.  Determined to stay focused on all things positive, she discovered her niche in fitness training.
