Rhossili Bay has won two awards in one week!

It's official - Rhossili Bay is the Nation's favourite beach. Rhossili Bay, Gower's best known beauty spot recently topped a poll of 24 shortlisted beaches from eight regions in the 'Cadbury Flake 99 Great British Beach Awards', an online competition run in conjunction with the 'Daily Mail'.

It took 47% of the vote in the survey, emerging as the clear winner ahead of all its British competitors.

This was announced just days after Rhossili was voted the 'best picnic spot in Britain' by the 'British Guild of Travel Writers', a panel of travel experts who have experienced the best in UK travel.

Once hailed as the 'supermodel of British beaches' (The Independent), Rhossili is no stranger to prestigious awards and accolades.
