Brookdale Mall steps toward the purchase

Moving forward with the urgency to address Job loss in Brooklyn Center.” Poor No More Inc”. Has been in conversation with a local Realty Executives Broker in pursuing collaboration to negotiate teams for purchase of Brookdale. Establishing a business relationship with Realty Executives and their resources together with other partners would help develop a successful agreement to purchase and produce a “state of the art” movie and music production studio, which will create jobs, therefore bringing business back to Brookdale Mall.
Donald Jackson, the creator and President of “Poor No More Inc”, Says he will reach out to other interested parties with the hope of collaborating on possibilities for the future of the Brookdale Center.
Other business collaborations include relationship with local filmmakers, other entertainment industry personnel and other businesses in order to build partnerships to achieve this endeavor.
Mr. Jackson has had conversation with a well known property management company that has experience in operating malls who may be brought on to assist in management of the facility.
Mr. Jim Leary, Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, the real estate broker for Capmark, has been requested to release property information on the building, which he said would be available as soon as he can compile that information.
Thomas Knutson of TKO Investment has shown high interest in Mr. Jackson’s project as a venture.
Mr. Jackson is interested in contacting the Gatlin Development Co. to engage in conversation about Brookdale Mall and its possibilities.
