Former Military Corporal Promoted to Management in Baton Rouge Firm

Robert Fiorianti, a Corporate Trainer at Warrington Management Group, Inc., recently hit Assistant Management Qualifications on June 10, 2010. Robert will be officially promoted to an Assistant Manager for Warrington Management Group, Inc. on Monday June 14, 2010.

Mr. Fiorianti, age 33, will be the first Assistant Manager for WMG since the company’s opening in November 2009.  Ever since the incorporation of Warrington Management Group, Inc. all promotions are always based strictly on performance.  The company's foundation boils down to nothing less than a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and pure determination.  

A former Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, Robert can contribute much of his hard work and dedication from his military service. Robert’s promotion was based completely on merit, as he had specific targets and standards that had to be hit in order to achieve the next level of success. He had to consistently hit $4,000 dollars in sales for two weeks in a row. In addition to individual and team sales quotas, Rob also had to successfully train four individuals from Entry-Level Account Executives into Corporate Trainers and show his ability to transfer knowledge on a day-to-day basis.
