Nova Verta Spray Booths allow high quality finishes

The main aspect are taken in consideration so to mark up its ease of use not only for persons responsible for operating and maintaining this equipment, thanks to the instruments that Nova Verta put at disposal of its customers.

After having prepared the car, replacing the damaged parts (this operation can be done in a preparation area), the paint procedures can starts.

The first essential phase consists in washing carefully the vehicle and before introducing it into the booth it must be dried and air-blown with oil-free air. Afterwards it is advisable to mask the parts of the vehicle that must not be painted with an appropriate masking product: newspapers and magazine should not be used for this purpose.

The predisposition of the vehicle continues removing the connecting tubes of the windscreen wipers, rear window wiper and headlight wipers. It is important to follow carefully this operation because otherwise during the baking phase dangerous vapours can be generated. After it must be removed  the petrol tank cap and all objects such as spray cans, alcohol, cartridges, inflammable materials in general that can be unsafe.

The next steps concern the selection of the required paint,  its dilution according to the viscosity, and its filtering to remove the possible impurities

Now the vehicle can enter in the spray booth through the access ramps, that can be external, internal fixed and internal pneumatically operating. Once the vehicle is manually moved into the booth, taking care to position it as close as possible to the back walls, the handbrake must be applied  before leaving, to ensure stability during the entire paint cycle.

At this moment the different working phases start: painting, flash-off, bake and cooling. Baking and cooling time, temperature and pressure can be controlled and changed in every moment depending to the needs thanks to Touch Screen during the entire cycle. Once the painting cycle is over the vehicle is ready for the last polishing.
