June 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Anxiety is a reaction to highly sustained stressful conditions. To cope with such conditions our body adapts to the situation with such measures. The measures include high levels of stress hormones, higher heart rate, and higher breathing efficiency for greater metabolic activity and also at certain levels high levels of adrenaline. Such anxiety keeps us on our guard and we are aware of our situations ready to react; fight or flight.

Panic sets in when this anxiety gets out of control and you feel all feed up! The panic button is pressed on by people when they feel that the situation might just run out of their hands. And it is a very common problem as most people tend to do it more as a reaction as if trying to escape a situation.

The deep feeling of insecurity is what keeps us from sanity and rationality, such anxiety also forces our actions get clouded behind some extremely misleading emotional excess and with all these factors kicking in at the same time the effects over lap over each other and we press the panic button.

Panic is not dangerous but of course it is very disturbing and terrifying. It is always recommendable that Panic can be dealt with simple and calculated thinking. It is something with which you need to settle down and a rational and calm approach wills all ways be helpful.

The panic attack problem can be easily dealt with if a person is undergoing a systematic treatment to cure such psychiatric disorders. Anxiety which spills out of necessity can be damaging and relaxation becomes an important part of the recovery process. There are various ways which have been suggested to keep the anxiety levels under control.

Anxiety in turn can not only give you other subsidiary problems like heart aches, heavy breathing, lowered metabolic activity and also other infections which set in due to lowered immunity levels.

The panic attack problem is a major problem and it is always a good habit to calm one's own self down when you are under a lot of stress and your anxiety levels are growing on you and you will break out of it any moment. The best ways to fight Panic attacks are therefore self control and calming.

And also to keep stress levels low at work by filtering out all those unnecessary thoughts which would otherwise make you so heavy with thoughts that we would eventually load us up with stress which would lead to increased anxiety levels and ultimately Panic.
