Arizona Real Estate Broker Offers Niche Service to Help Investors Profit Through Trustee Sales

It was a much different climate than and properties with good  profit margins were relatively easy to find on the MLS. The simple process included inputting certain keywords such as “bank-owned, needs TLC, fix-up, foreclosure etc.” and running daily searches.
