Camping World Gets Technical with Instant Online Support!

To help our customers, we always try to give as much detail as possible in our product listings as well as rich descriptions to help you chose the right product for you; coupled with multiple high resolution product pictures and easy to use website navigation, we think we've pretty much ticked all the boxes for a great retail website.

But sometimes there's something that you really want to find out before you purchase an item, as it might just be the deciding factor over whether or not it's what you need - so we're here to help: with friendly and knowledgable telephone support always on hand during business hours and email support aiming to provide a response within 24 hours, what more can we do?

A recent straw poll of our customers revealed that an instant messaging service available from every page of the website would give that final communication route that our customers need.
