Finally a Men’s Grooming Product that is Tough Enough to be Vegan!

June 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Vegan bodycare company, 4Mundo is unveiling a new brand, HARDWARE™, a vegan grooming system for men. The line is inspired and named after power tools, which appeal to most men. Besides being all vegan, each product is free from a large list of ingredients, such as phthalates, ethoxylated ingredients (like Polysorbate), synthetic fragrances, silicons, parabens, Phenoxyethanol and formaldehyde releasers (like DMDM Hydantoin).

“Ten years in the making, we knew it was time to stretch our wings wider and address the repeated needs of our male customers,” said Sevi Kay, the founder and formulator of 4Mundo, L.L.C.

Product Focus
Rather than focusing on making products for skin and hair’s immediate state, HARDWARE is focusing on finding and keeping the balance.

“If you have oily skin, drying it with some off the shelf product may work as an immediate solution, however this only applies a ‘band-aid’ fix. It doesn’t address the longer term issue of achieving a balanced complexion,” said Kay.

4Mundo wants their customer base involved in new product formulations and current product re-formulations; hence the company has launched an interactive feature on the website, http://www.hardwareformen.com, to provide a communication channel where HARDWARE customers can interact with the company as well as other HARDWARE users.

“It is more than offering a voice; we want them to be a part of the family,” added Kay.

Packaging Notes
The HARDWARE products are packaged in aluminum bottles that can be recycled at most local collection centers. “We are aware that recyclable doesn’t necessarily mean recycled, so we have provided incentives and refill programs for our customers to help them become earth friendly consumers,” said Kay.
