PPSO SIG to Host 10th Birthday Conference – “Back 10 The Future”

June 8, 2010 - PRLog -- The Programme & Project Support Office Specialist Interest Group (PPSOSIG) are celebrating their 10th year with a special conference celebrating the last 10 years of PMO & PSO (Programme Management Office & Project Support Offices), the present and the future of PMOs.

The PMO focused group’s two day conference, entitled “Back 10 The Future”, will take place on the 15th & 16th September 2010 at the Village hotel, Coventry. Details and information on booking a spot at the conference are available below.

The 18th conference from the PPSOSIG revisits popular topics and invites back our most popular presenters from the last ten years including Sue Vowler (P3O author), Craig Kilford (Portfolio Management), Melanie Franklin (Maven Training), Donnie MacNicol (Team Animation). We also look to the future, the next ten years with guests Michael Finer (Project Office Simulation), Peter Taylor (Lazy PM) and Michael Cooch and Adam Cowmeadow from Accenture

Throughout the two day conference there will be a celebration of 10 years of PPSOSIG with some special birthday surprises and treats along the way. Delegates will have opportunities throughout the two day event to network and take part in interactive sessions which has proved one of the most popular aspects of the PPSOSIG conferences over the last ten years.

Delegates are also invited to the 10th birthday party of the PPSOSIG; a relaxing evening with birthday party entertainment amongst PMO peers and colleagues.

Our 10th year conference will be in part a birthday party for PPSOSIG, and in part a celebration of our "greatest hits" and looking to the future.”
