Nova Verta built another big plant for a big french company producer of trains

June 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Nova Verta International S.p.A. just set in motion a big installation for a French company leader in the means of rail transport production. The measures and the equipment of this plant give the exact idea of the size and of the quality standards of this special spray booth, designed specifically to enable high-performances even with huge railcars. The external dimensions are striking: 33470 mm x 7735 mm x 7020 mm / h.

Along the length of the installation, 33 meters long, the French Company asked for building five separate work areas, in order to check, step by step, the railcars advancement during all the production phases, and to control the costs and manpower analysis. Along the whole length of this plant there is a central row, placed under the rails that supports the trains, where the workers can walk and stay to observe the painting procedures in every details.

The lateral walls are composed by sheet panels, 60 mm thick, with glass wool in-between. There are 2 main motorized doors, and 12 back doors on the sides. At the topside of the installation there are 50 neon lightings and 50 at the bottom, divided into 2 line; 25 neon lightings are placed into the plenum in flat position. Every lighting fixtures is composed by 4 neon and allows a diffuse and homogenous light upon the entire surface.

Nova Verta paid great attention to every details and in such a way the French Company can assure a perfect final result. There are many optional extras that allows the highest quality standard for a painting that is “facilitated” thanks to the use of Pneumatic Lifts and “controlled” by  humidification system,  differential pressure switches, Premix Gas Burner, Inverter System, and in particular by the Touch Screen that controls the different phases of the production.
