June 7, 2010 - PRLog -- June 8, 2010 – Queensland, Australia – Accredited Online Training (AOT) – an online training education organization committed to providing interactive learning tools and various innovative learning solutions to create a more cost effective learning experience for their short courses, offered employers and workers the opportunity to get  free nationally recognized qualifications through the government funded training education programs offered at their website.

For companies and businesses, training their staff was part of their budget. Through the government funded training education program, employers did not have to spend to provide their employees with the qualification and training that they needed for their work. By qualifying for the funding program, employers and employees were provided with funding to pay for the costs of the traineeship courses.

To check if they were eligible for the government funded training education program, employers had to undergo the 2 step qualifying tool, which could be completed within just a minute. The first step involved checking their requirements through the qualifying tool provided. After this step, employers or employees were then provided with information on whether they were eligible for the funded training education. If they were eligible, they were given a selection of the funding options available to them.

Depending on the funded options that were available for them, employers and employees were given funding for various traineeship courses.  The funded training options that were offered were the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme – Productivity Places Program (NEIS-PPP), the Productivity Places Program (PPP) in WA, and the Parents Returning to Earning Program.

The NEIS-PPP program gave employers and employees the opportunity to take a management traineeship course for a certificate IV in small business management. For the PPP program, existing employees were offered various courses such as training and assessment and project management. For the “Parents returning to earning” Victorian program, parents were provided with funding of up to $1,000 for the AOT courses and other related costs such as transportation and books.
