Chicago Attorney & Fathers’ Rights Powerhouse, Jeffery M. Leving, celebrates Father's Day

June 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Jeffery M. Leving, Chicago attorney and fathers’ rights powerhouse, is celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Father’s Day with an event-filled schedule.  With several speaking events planned throughout the country, Leving continues leading the charge for fathers safeguarding their rights.

“This year marks the 100th anniversary of Father’s Day and I’m looking forward to celebrating with fathers and families everywhere,” said Leving.

Leving recently joined Congressman Danny K. Davis, U.S. Senator Roland Burris, Illinois State Senator Kimberly Lightford and Illinois State Representative LaShawn Ford on a forum panel at the 2010 Fathers Who Care: Expo for Today’s Man.  He’s slated to lecture at an Authors Roundtable for his groundbreaking book, Fathers’ Rights, at the 12th Annual International Fatherhood Conference in New Orleans on June 17th while making stops in various communities along the way.

For over 30 years, Jeffery Leving has traveled the United States as a fighting advocate to save an integral part of the American Family - Fathers’ Rights. Before he promoted the importance of fatherhood with President Obama, Mr. Leving was in the headlines helping to reunite Elian Gonzalez with is father. Mr. Leving has also established himself as a policy maker, co-authoring The Illinois Joint Custody Law as well as other legislation. Named one of “America’s Best Lawyers” by Forbes, Leving is the Chairman of the Illinois Council on Responsible Fatherhood and President Emeritus of the Fatherhood Educational Institute.
