But, if the problem is mental then people are much more reluctant to visit a doctor. Not visiting a doctor for a mental condition can be very damaging to your health. Many of us already know this but, still out of 53% of women that actually experience some sort of depression and or anxiety only 35% of them actually go and seek help from a medical provider. In fact the average time it takes for someone to actually step forward to a medical provider about their mental health condition be up to six years. If you let your depression go on for such a long period than it can steadily worsen and you will also start to experience anxiety and vice versus. For some of us the embarrassment of stepping forward can be too powerful and although it is still recommended to see a professional there still are something’s you can do on your own to improve your mood.

     Getting The Sleep You Need


       Getting a proper amount of sleep at night can be vital to how you feel in the mornings and throughout the long days. Without a good healthy amount of sleep you will start to feel very moody, and because of your lack of sleep things you do will take much longer to do them creating a sense of overwhelming and this can lead to anxiety causing stress. Some people believe that it is the overwhelming stress of their day that causes them to loose sleep but, this can be much like the theory of the chicken and the egg  no one really knows what came first but, it is important to increase the amount of sleep that you get so that you are better equipped to handle more day to day stress. Changing your bedding is a good way to make yourself more relaxed so that you can better sleep. The right comforter can really help you get to sleep faster. Down comforters are very soft and are easy to sleep off to sleep in. They can require a lot of maintenance so I recommend using duvet covers to protect your down comforters. Duvet covers are very affordable and are easy to put on. Also something that a lot of people loose sleep over is having a bed that is too small for them. If you are a big guy sleeping on a twin maybe it is time to get something bigger like a queen bed set or more.
