3m Expands Presence In Panama Pacifico

June 7, 2010 - PRLog -- 3M is expanding its operations within PANAMA PACIFICO (former Howard Air Force Base) after signing another contract with London & Regional Panama for another 2,300 square meters of warehouse space in the International Business Park.

3M Panama Pacifico manufactures high technology products to supply markets in the Americas and other countries in Asia and Europe.  Based on the solid infrastructure and the benefits found within this Special Economic Area, 3M decided to expand its presence onsite as the second step in its long-term growth plan for a communications division and other divisions that are producing specialized products for the automotive industry.

Henry Kardonski, Managing Director of London & Regional Panama, expressed his satisfaction at the signing of the new contract, because the presence of 3M in Panama Pacifico is a solid confirmation of the strength of the Special Economic Area functioning as it was created to – specific to the needs of growing multinationals.
