-- ST. LOUIS, June 4, 2010 - Tone’s Spices, a division of ACH Food Companies, Inc., is pleased to announce the launch of its “Spice Up America” tour beginning June 10 in Greenville, S.C. “Spice Up America” events will be held exclusively at Sam’s Club locations across the country.
“Spice Up America” provides a unique platform to demonstrate to Sam’s Club Members how easy it is to use Tone’s Spices to enhance classic meals and create exciting cuisine for your family. Throughout the tour, professional chefs will provide demonstrations using Tone’s Spices, Spice Islands, and Weber Seasonings. Club members can also look forward to exclusive tips, prize giveaways, and appearances from local personalities.
While using familiar dinner staples such as chicken, hamburgers, and seafood, the chefs will demonstrate how Tone’s Spices can easily and affordably make a meal unique. The chefs will also show Members how to make simple sauces, soups and marinades from scratch.
The tour’s goal is to present Sam’s Club Members with the opportunity to learn how to properly and effectively use Tone’s Spices to create flavorful meals families will love. Members will also have the chance to ask the chefs about their culinary qualms.
The tour starts in Greenville, S.C. on Thursday, June 10 and last all weekend through Sunday, June 13, 2010 (during regular store hours). Kelly Mac, a DJ from Greenville’s local radio station 107.3 WJMZ, will air a live remote at the event on June 10 from 4-6 p.m. Kelly, a popular daytime radio personality, will perform live interviews with the chefs, participate in demonstrations, and taste- test the chef’s creations using Tone’s
