Former Massachusetts Health Care Reform Executive Heads New Health Care Actuarial Office in Boston

Most recently noted for his work in the innovative health insurance exchange in Massachusetts called the Health Connector, Mr. Holland brings to Wakely Consulting Group broad experience in the healthcare market.  With direct experience in working with payers, providers, regulatory agencies, and federal and state government, Patrick holds a unique health care reform-driven perspective that is in high demand in today’s changing healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining Wakely Consulting Group, Mr. Holland served as Chief Financial Officer for the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority (Health Connector), a government-sponsored health insurance exchange responsible for the implementation of landmark healthcare reform legislation in Massachusetts. Prior to the Health Connector, Mr. Holland held leadership positions in a national health care cost management company, as well as with health insurance carriers and providers.  Mr. Holland has significant experience in financial modeling, provider contracting strategy, risk adjustment, managed care operations and data analytics.
