Triceps launches ‘TalentBank’ web 2.0 qualitative executive search and recruitment service

June 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Triceps, a leading European executive search, recruitment and career coaching specialist today launched TalentBank, an executive search and recruitment service that combines personal branding, career coaching, RDA testing and qualitative matching.

TalentBank is aimed at leading European employer brands and senior executive professionals with a salary expectation of over Euro 70,000, and more than 5 years experience in ICT, Telecom, High Tech Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, FMCG or B2B.

TalentBank allows recruiters to easily create a free profile for their vacancy that includes preferred candidate professional working behaviours and qualities. Employers can then search the TalentBank extensive database free for matches and view anonymous candidate profiles. As the candidates in TalentBank’s extensive database are pre-tested to the same criterion, employers receive only qualitatively matched candidates.

TalentBank helps senior executive professionals assess their professional qualities and behaviours and then create personal branding profiles to position and promote themselves to prospective employers in TalentBank. TalentBank’s team of experienced consultants and coaches also help coach professionals and develop their career marketing plan.
