Clark Philippines Yats Restaurant treats Yats Club members to a private American Dinner

June 1, 2010 - PRLog -- These Yats Club Members Only dinners are specially prepared to showcase special one-off menus personally designed by the chefs.  Only members may attend but each member can introduce one guest – potential member – during this dinner.

Coming up in 11th June 2010 is the next Yats Members’ Dinner, this one features American Cuisine and American wine.  Here is the menu:

American Wine Dinner

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Asparagus and cantaloupe wrapped in Virginia ham
Parducci Sauvignon Blanc  

Summer greens with watermelon vinaigarette

Peach Sorbet
Mumm Cuvee Napa Sparkling  

Grilled US Ribeye Steak with Cajun spices and shitake mushroom bordelaise
Parducci Pinot Noir      

Apple Cobbler with crème anglaise


Yats Restaurant is located Clark Freeport, Pampanga, just 45 minutes from Manila, along North Expressway, a nice smooth drive.  After you enter Clark, just go straight until you turn into Mimosa on your left.   Go straight past Holiday Inn after entering Mimosa.  YATS is just 150 meters past the hotel.
