Machining is a part of the manufacture of almost all metal products, and it is common for other materials, such as wood and plastic, to be machined.

On time delivery, this is maintained with our ISO9001 system.Full service CNC machine shop. We machine Aluminum, Magnesium, and
Ductile Iron castings. We manufacture products from raw bar stock and plate materials; All Steels, Stainless Steel, Aluminum,Plastics etc etc.

We offer production deburring with our state of the art automated 7cuft wheelabrator (media blaster).We design and build dedicated machining centers, fixtures, and retrofit small CNC Mills and Lathes.We have a 45 cubic ft in-line vibratory deburring service for large volume product. We also have an ancillary 10 cubic ft vibratory bowl for smaller run products.13,000 square feet of manufacturing area.We currently assemble and test products to UL standards and audits.

Screw machine products and assembly are also an integral part of our business. Our CNC lathes accommodate up to 3.5" diameter through feed !!!

Custom debarring is becoming a very popular service that we can provide for you.We have in house 7 cu ft high volume automated wheelabrating (metal media sandblasting) service. We also have in daily service a 45 cu ft in-line vibratory system with ceramic media for debarring your products.

Custom pre-plate buffing of metal products is available in house.

We perform assembly and testing to UL standards.
