The Executive Centre Invests US$30 Million in Asia-Pacific Expansion of Serviced Office Network

The Executive Centre, Asia’s leading premium serviced office provider, continues to expand its Asia-Pacific serviced office network in 2010.

May 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Renowned for its sleek, contemporary and ergonomic workplace environments, and exceptional business support services, The Executive Centre has allocated over US$30 million in funds for expansion in 2010, increasing its total capacity by 20%.

In June, the group will open its third serviced office centre in Tokyo, at the famed Sanno Park Tower, and its fourth centre in Beijing, in Tower 1 of China World Trade Centre, also known as China World Office 1. Within the year, The Executive Centre will also be launching its third serviced office centre in Singapore at the much anticipated Ocean Financial Centre, located in the heart of Raffles Place, and its second serviced office centre in Guangzhou, at Taikoo Hui. It will also be doubling its capacity in Jakarta by expanding to another floor of the recently renovated Sampoerna Strategic Square.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paul Salnikow commented on The Executive Centre’s expansion in Asia Pacific in 2010. “Despite the severe recession, The Executive Centre continued to grow in 2009, both in terms of capacity and revenue.  This serves to affirm that the quality of services that we provide our clients are world class, and speaks to the reputation The Executive Centre has garnered over the years as Asia’s premium and most trusted serviced office provider.  As more and more businesses come to and expand in Asia, they’re selecting The Executive Centre as their office solution of choice.” The group has increased its workstations occupied over 30%, year-on-year, since the recession hit Asia in September 2008.

“We are committed to providing our clients with a network of the very best landmark business locations in Asia,” Salnikow added. “We will continue to provide the most flexible and dynamic workplace solutions for multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, and anyone else who is serious about the way they do business.”
