While the price may be steep, the luxury of knowing that only yourself and eighty other people are allowed through the doors is a definite plus. The list of services is quite extensive ranging from manicures, pedicures, organic spray tans, massage therapy and Novalash applications to waxing, threading, facials, makeup applications and everything in-between. That, however, is not the best part. While A'ja Eighty-One sets itself apart by limiting the total number of clients, it's the fact that all of their services are unlimited that is drawing so much attention. According to Gary Pierce, President of Sharjah Brand Knew, "When A'ja and Adrian approached us it was with regard to controlling the workflow of potentially thousands of clients, many of who were walk-ins, while reconciling the schedule of employees in an industry known for its high turnover. Sharjah works with businesses to create new and innovative solutions and A'ja and Adrian were the perfect match for our philosophy." The staff at A'ja was hand chosen over several months and are well compensated and pampered themselves, all in the name of longevity. "We knew the most important thing to do was to treat our employees as impeccably as we want them to treat our clients," says A'ja. "We wanted to do everything better than it's been done before. We could have stopped at exclusivity, but we wanted to add unlimited service usage as well as a happy environment for our employees. We're very excited at the response and have already been asked about locations in other major cities. We are proud to have created this in beautiful San Antonio and are looking forward to launch date."
