May 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Xlibris Publishing's self published author Nancy Crasper Hunt will be signing copies of her book, Love Lifts The Heart, at the Annual Strawberry Festival at the Presbyterian Church in Worcester, New York on June 5.

The Presbyterian Church has been noteworthy for its strawberry festivals that are held annually and celebrated by families within the community as well as surrouding communities. The festival has been expanded to include amusements for the children plus book lovers out there who will
catch a glimpse of self published author Nancy Hunt.

"This book, I have written, has helped to release all the tension I had with the obstacles I met along with the raising of this family," says Nancy Hunt. "With the farm life and the large family, including a son with birth defects and Down’s syndrome, life was strenuous. Years of struggling to keep the family well and happy. With the help of good doctors and surgeons, in Bobby’s case, we have seen that it can be done. I was always trusting God in each incidence. It is my hope that this book will prove to be an inspiration to any and all who have the privilege of reading it."

Containing events that span over forty years, Love Lifts the Heart is a a heartwarming and inspiring memoir about love—love that holds a family together, love that a parent has for a child with special needs, and the love that a special child brings to those around him or her. This book conveys the values of being kind, giving, and helpful.

"Love Lifts the Heart will help you, the reader, to understand how obstacles can be overcome with patience, perseverance, good doctors, love, and faith in God," claims Hunt.
