As a nurse gains skills and experience, hospitals offer plenty of room for changing nursing jobs without having to switch employers. If a fast pace environment is your choice, the emergency room and trauma centers are not only fast paced but very exciting, though it isn't for everyone. When trying to choose between the several types of jobs and who will be your employer, it is important to consider your personality, interests and nursing career goal.
