SpartaMatrix, Inc has substantially expanded its international business in the development
green projects primarily in the hybrid energy sector and needs complementary devices and
systems in the natural resource sectors, most especially water resources.
We have recently become the 55% owner and lead project developer in one the largest and
most advanced green energy and natural resources logistic projects in Europe. Therefore, we are now in position to grant your company the exclusive rights to provide water resources and related equipment to our distribution centre whose population base is over 500 million people in the rapidly expanding emerging markets of Central Europe.
As a part of this arrangement, from our diligence we found that it also will be mutually
beneficial for us to place your operations at one of our ‘Priority One’ climate controlled
warehouses. Be further advised that we have interim offices and storage facilities sufficient
to accommodate your operations and will make them available as of 1 July 2010.
