For as low as $75 per month, users can sign up for monthly parking membership, which includes a 24-hour access card to one of ParkSmartMPLS’s 7 parking facilities.  This card will guarantee members a parking space as well as in-and-out privileges and 24/7/365 ramp access with no blacked-out event days. Each of the seven ramps is located in downtown Minneapolis, with three of the ramps being skyway connected to the downtown core.
