Korum Mall designed by R204DESIGN Awarded Best Retail Development

May 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Amongst a sea of competing malls in the bustling city of Mumbai, Korum Mall, Kalpataru's flagship retail development designed by R204DESIGN, received the prestigious Asia Pacific International Property Award for Best Retail Development. Since its opening, the mall has garnered much media attention due to the various events and celebrity sightings occurring there. Just this last Spring, the mall achieved an astonishing 2 million footfalls, signifying 55% growth in pedestrian traffic. Now 80% operational, the mall features such retailers as Nike, Nokia, Jockey, Lilliput, and Titan.
