PAVONE Espresso Workflow 9.5 automates and optimizes mission-critical workflows to increase productivity and provide businesses with the flexibility to change in a volatile economic environment.

When it comes to process continuity and productivity, different workflow processes have individual business requirements regarding reporting and escalation. In this new release, PAVONE Espresso Workflow provides three escalation options to automate the reporting of workflow statuses. At any stage of a workflow process, managers can choose among immediate, delayed or no reporting. For example, workflow owners can be informed automatically, as soon as assigned guidelines are not followed or tasks are not finished.

International business users will benefit greatly from the multilingual UI in version 9.5. For instance, users can switch between German and English at anytime processing a workflow. PAVONE Espresso Workflow now also offers out-of-the-box, reusable workflow models in English. This reduces the burden of translation, and improves operational efficiency for international businesses. In addition, the workspace of version 9.5 is enlarged and can be customized based on individual navigation needs.
