Client Opportunities Lead to Restructure at Hankinson Painting Group

May 20, 2010 - PRLog -- The Directors of Hankinson Painting Group are delighted to announce exciting developments.

Despite the continuing poor economic conditions, the Directors to committed to the ongoing development of the Group and plan for growth.

As part of that plan, the Hankinson Painting Group will be consolidating the contracting operations of Roy Hankinson (West Midlands) Limited and Roy Hankinson Limited and with effect 1st June 2010 all new contracts will be undertaken by Roy Hankinson Limited.

The last 5 years has seen tremendous growth and success for the Hankinson Painting Group.  Our reputation within the construction sector continues to grow and this has been enhanced by industry awards for quality, environment and training.  It is our intention to maintain the positive momentum that we have built up and continue to move forward to create a stable future for our staff and shareholders.  This consolidation makes the Company leaner and more efficient which is what our customers want, and the future of the Group looks even more positive and further expansion will be possible.

David Rosser, Chief Executive of Roy Hankinson (West Midlands) Limited, together with his management team, have transferred to Roy Hankinson Limited.  David Rosser has taken a senior role on the Board of Directors of Roy Hankinson Limited and will be responsible for our National Social Housing Division.

Coinciding with the consolidation, the Company will shortly be launching a new website and new marketing literature which will make it clear to both existing and potential customers where our strengths are and will also clearly distinguish between our Commercial and Industrial operations including our new Rail Division headed by Carl Nolan.

The focus will now be on Specialist Divisions aimed at specific markets where we believe there are opportunities for growth.  Each Division will be aiming to be a leader in its sector.
