May 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill 2010 – Obama Administration Employee Resigns.  The person in charge of overseeing offshore drilling within the Obama Administration has announced his upcoming resignation due to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil Spill.  Chris Oynes, who worked for the Department of Interior, has will soon be resigning.

Chris Oynes came under heavy criticism following the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill.  His job involved overseeing the oil and natural gas drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.  However, since the oil spill occurred, reports have began to surface that indicate that the government oversight into the offshore oil rigs was rather lax.
