Daas Launches New Organic Ambre Beer For 2010

May 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Premium Belgian organic beer-brand Daas, have announced the latest UK addition to their best-selling range for summer 2010 – Daas Organic Ambre. Daas Organic Ambre (6.5% ABV) is a rich and complex Ambre ale, encompassing deep fragrant aromas, smooth caramel and sweetly mellow malt flavours finished with dry and delicately spiced hops.

Daas is the only Belgian beer range to have both Soil Association organic certification alongside the Belgian Certisys organic certification.  The Daas Beer range is 100% vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Though only arriving on UK shores last year, the Daas premium beer range has been quickly snapped up by a growing band of stellar retailers from online organic store Abel & Cole, to selected Waitrose’s around the country alongside specialist restaurants, clubs and bars.

Do not underestimate the taste sensation of Daas or confuse the beer-brand with a lager. Each Daas bottle is a top fermented bottle conditioned beer, and similarly to champagne production, the contents undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Not only does this enhance the quality, taste and flavour of the beer, it also ensures that the liquid remains stable for longer than a standard pasteurised-type.

Other beers in the Daas range include Daas Blond (6.5% ABV) and Daas Organic Witte (5.0% ABV). Daas strictly produces only limited quantities each year, though this is partly due to the limited availability of the organic ingredients, it is also to ensure optimum quality is always prevalent.
