May 12, 2010 - PRLog -- Bois de Farine was nicknamed by Luca Turin as bread hologram. Created by my favorite perfumer Jean Claude Ellena, it was launched by L'Artisan Parfumeur in 2003.
In Ellena's book Le Parfum he mentions that nature for him is a pretext, a starting point to create and not an inspiration as many mentions wrongfully. So flowers of Ruizia Cordata or Bois de Senteur Blanc from the Island De La Reunion, with the scent of flour, made it possible for him to create a perfume around this theme. He took an accord of flour that was already made for Francine and added the fragrance of wood. The association of wood was born by the fact that he noticed that in this island, all places were associated with the word wood (Bois in French)...
