College Underground Radio Launches "Discover"

May 11, 2010 - PRLog -- College Underground Radio is the most interesting music and entertainment for the college and post college crowd. The playlist is picked by listeners and website visitors and is broadcast twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week all over the world.

“Discover is a feature of College Underground Radio that helps to expose a band or artist to the college and post college listener.” said David Hottle, Co-Founder of College Underground Radio. According to Hottle, “The idea is for our listeners to discover a band or artist before they become “Mainstream”.”

“The program is a little like American Idol for unsigned bands and artists.” said Bud Becker, Co-Founder.  “For the winner it can be great exposure. The winner gets 3 of their songs put into the following month's playlist rotation.”

David Hottle, CPC added, “We are seeing some awesome artists step up each month to compete. And with international exposure to their music, its a win-win for the artist and our listeners.”
