Marketzing Provides Support, Expertise To Local Foundation

May 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Today, Marketzing, Atlanta’s go-to solution for public relations and copywriting, announced its support of the Birmingham Falls Foundation annual “Footrace for the Falls”, a 5K race for the school and community.  

The Foundation raises and earmarks funds towards a variety of programs, including Discovery Zone, Technology, the Media Center, and many other educational needs, such as instructional materials.  Working closely with the PTA, the Foundation strives to provide financial support to both PTA programs and other priorities within the school. The Foundation is run by a Board of Trustees, all volunteers from the community.  

“We think this is great way to raise money for the school and still have fun,” says race coordinator and Foundation founding member Sari Braderman.  “The focus on family and fitness makes it a great event for the school’s families as well as runners in the area.”

Marketzing is supporting the efforts of the Foundation as a race sponsor, as well as donating their expertise in public relations and content development.

"Supporting education is a real passion of mine," says Marketzing owner Melissa Thomas-Dubois. "I am excited to be able to help the Foundation as they strive to provide students with the support they need to be successful.”
